This is my first "real" digital camera - and seems an excellent bit of kit. Easy to get to grips with and understand what needs doing, and with a genuinely useful range of options and settings. Handy to carry, hold and use, excellent low light level performance, and with a very good (fast) start up time and cycle time between shots. The battery claims a very high capacity (number of shots possible, and I have no reason to doubt it - I've certainly never run out of battery life. Oh - and the underwater case turns it into a great package for underwater photgraphy. No regrets.
